A good gluten free bread is a hard thing to find but we think we've mastered it. Our bread holds up well to slicing for toast or a sandwich for your lunchbox. Our bread is dense, delicious and freezes well if you are able to refrain from eating the whole loaf at once. Both loafs contain soy and the white bread has dairy in it but alteration may be easily made for dietary requirements. Just give us a call to request a special loaf... that's the beauty of made to order products.
